[Cause]

A value in the service resource file, which is referenced by the service definition file, exceeded the maximum number of characters.

[Action]

Revise the value in the service resource file, which is referenced by a following element in the service definition file, so that the value is within the maximum number of characters for the element, and then package the service template again:

- displayName element

- shortDescription element
