Possible causes are:

(1) The selected service template has not yet been built.

(2) Cannot access or find the file destination location.

(3) The file destination location has insufficient free space.

(4) Cannot access or find the source file.

[Action]

If the service template is developing, finish building it and then export again.

Otherwise, close the List of Service Templates dialog box and try exporting again.

If the problem persists, use the data collection tool to collect the necessary data, and then contact your system administrator.
