8.5　JP1/AOのGUIに接続できない（Windowsの場合）

作業手順

1. hcmds64srvコマンドにstatusオプションを指定して実行し，JP1/AOの起動状況を確認します。

2. サービス「HAutomation Engine Web Service」，「HBase 64 Storage Mgmt SSO Service」，および「HBase 64 Storage Mgmt Web SSO Service」が起動していて，サービス「HBase 64 Storage Mgmt Web Service」が起動していない場合，ポート番号が重複しているおそれがあります。イベントログを確認してください。

3. 次の内容のログが出力されている場合，JP1/AOサーバが使用しているポートの設定を見直してください。
