1.5.6 Configuring email notification settings

To use email notifications, you must set a SMTP server and email addresses.

Before you begin

Permissions and roles required for this operation:

Procedure

  1. In the main window, select the Administration tab.

  2. In the Administration area, select System Settings.

  3. In the System Settings area, click the Edit button, and then configure email notification settings.

    In this example, set the following items:

    Item

    Value to be set

    E-Mail

    SMTP

    Set items such as the IP address and port number of the SMTP server

    Recipients

    Set the sender's and receiver's email addresses for email notifications.

    System Parameters

    Notification Settings

    Turn email notifications "ON".

  4. When settings are complete, click the Save button.
