13.6.3 Actions to take if database backup or restoration fails
The following describes the possible causes and actions to take if database backup or restoration fails:

You do not have permission to access the database storage folder. |
Make sure that you have permissions to access the database storage folder. If you do not have the required access permission for the folder, obtain it, and then try to back up or restore the database again. |
An I/O error occurred. |
Make sure that no disk error occurred. If a disk error occurred, set up the environment again, such as replacing the hard disk. |
If the problem cannot be corrected by taking the above actions, collect the backup data of the database and troubleshooting information.
