- Cause={BOOT|SCHEDULE}: When a search is performed

BOOT: When the system starts, it searches for the packages that are set to be installed at startup.
SCHEDULE: If the system has already received packages for which the installation date and time has been specified, the system searches for those packages at the specified date and time.
