Failed to execute the command.

[Cause] The possible causes are as follows:

- The user ID or password is incorrect. (The user ID and password are case-sensitive.)

- The user account is locked.

- The password has expired.

[Action] Cancel command execution.

[Workaround] Set the correct user ID and password. Contact the administrator to find out whether your account has been locked or whether your password has expired.

After performing these checks, re-execute the command.
