[Cause] The product license has expired, or an error occurred in the database.

[Action] Stops execution of the network control command.

[Workaround] If the product license has expired, purchase another product license and authenticate the license. If the product license has not expired, execute the command to obtain troubleshooting information, and then contact the support service.
