The database folder could not be changed.

[Cause] An error occurred while changing the database folder. The possible reasons are:

(1) Improper access privileges to the database folder, the operation log database folder, the operation log backup folder, or the database extraction folder.

(2) An attempt was made to access the database from Remote Install Manager or IT Desktop Management 2 - Asset Console.

(3) An I/O error occurred.

[Action] Cancel Setup.

[Workaround] Perform the following checks, and then retry the setup:

(1) Confirm the access rights of the database folder, the operation log database folder, the operation log backup folder, and the database extraction folder.

(2) Stop Remote Install Manager, and then make sure that the commands for the distribution function that uses Remote Install Manager are not being executed. Also, make sure that management information on IT Desktop Management 2 - Asset Console is not being acquired.

(3) Make sure that no disk failures occurred.
