7.2.11 AIT File Settings page
Set up this page when using AIT files during remote installation. This page is displayed only when the package type is Other companies' software and AIT files are used.
- Wait for the completion of AIT file processing

With this check box, specify whether to monitor responses from installation processing that uses AIT files.
If the user responds to the dialog boxes or operates the keyboard or mouse during installation, the installer windows are not displayed as expected by the AIT file, thereby preventing remote installation based on the AIT file from proceeding. In such cases, to prevent installation from being left halfway, the installation can be suspended if there is no response within a certain period of time.

If you have selected the Wait for the completion of AIT file processing check box, in this field, specify the upper limit for the time to monitor responses from the AIT file. Specify from 1 to 21,600 seconds (360 minutes or 6 hours). Normally, specify a value that is approximately three times the time required to install the software to be distributed. The default is 5 minutes.

This text box is optional. Enter the company name of the user that owns the software by using a maximum of 80 single-byte characters (or a maximum of 40 double-byte characters).

This text box is optional. Enter the user name of the user that owns the software by using a maximum of 40 single-byte characters (or a maximum of 20 double-byte characters).
- Serial number

Enter the serial number of the software. If you package another company's software that requires a CD key during installation, enter the CD key in this text box.
- Icon group

Specify a folder name to be registered in the Windows Start menu on the user's computer.
