The tables below show the symbols displayed when Sign or Sign(Time) is selected in the Detail of column item field for formats based on a daily or monthly basic format.

  The symbols for jobs in Normal end, Abnormal end, Warning end, and Others statuses in monthly and daily documents are determined using the same rules that govern symbols for monthly and daily results.

  • The symbol for the Scheduled status might be displayed for detailed statuses other than those listed above.

  • You can find out the detailed status of statuses in the Others category by reading the description of jobnet, job, and jobnet connector statuses in the manual JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Overview. Statuses not mentioned in the manual are categorized as Others.

  • You can check job statuses by creating a format definition that displays the (ajsshow) Jobnet or job status item and the (ajsshow) Scheduled execution start date and time obtained from a computed processing cycle, or (ajsshow) Scheduled execution start date and time obtained from a computed processing cycle <with seconds> items listed in A. List of Supported Column Items.
