6.10.2 Outputting definitions to a PDF file in jobnet flow format
The following describes how to output jobnet definitions to a PDF file in jobnet flow format.
- Notes:
-
-
You can perform jobnet flow PDF output in an environment Microsoft Excel 2010 or later installed.
-
If you specify a subfolder of an installation folder such as C:\Program Files as the output destination for the PDF file, the file is redirected to a virtual folder.
-
If the jobnet definition contains a large number of jobs, the system might take a long time to convert the information to a PDF file. In this situation, consider splitting the data across two or more files.
-
-
In the unit tree in the Job Operation Document Output window, select the jobnet whose definition information you want to print.
-
From the File menu, choose Jobnet Flow PDF Output.
The Jobnet Flow PDF Output window appears.
