Wait until a connection with JP1/AJS3 - Manager is released, and then retry the connection. If reconnection still fails, forcibly release the connection on JP1/AJS3 - Manager.
If this error frequently occurs, revise the maximum number of connections.
If this message appears even though no other connection has been established, make sure that JP1/AJS3 - Manager is set up at the connection destination.
