This message indicates that an attempt to connect to the HTTP server or application server failed. The probable causes are:

• The HTTP server or application server is not running.

• The HTTP server or application server is busy.

• The HTTP server or application server is in a state in which a network connection cannot be established.

• If the HTTP server or application server is not running:

  Restart the HTTP server or application server.

• If the HTTP server or application server is busy:

  A connection might be established by retrying the connection.

• If the HTTP server or application server is in a state in which a network connection cannot be established:

  Check the network environment of the HTTP server or application server. If a firewall is set up between the client and the HTTP server or application server, check the firewall settings.

  If the session has been aborted, log in again.
