6.7.3 JP1 user permissions for the operation-target unit
When an operation is performed, such as execution registration, the JP1 user needs execution permission for the target unit. Also, to acquire unit information, the JP1 user needs view permission. If you try to perform an operation, such as execution registration, on a unit for which you do not have execution permission, you cannot perform the operation. If you try to acquire unit information, you can acquire information only about the units for which you have the view permission.
