4.1 Defining a job group

Define a job group.

Procedure

  1. In the JP1/AJS3 - View window (Main window), in function menu area, select Job Group Definition.

  2. In the tree area, select the job group.

  3. Select Edit, New, and then Job Group.

    The Define Details - [Job Group] dialog box appears.

  4. Define details about the job group.

    The following describes the major setting items:

    Unit name

    Specify the name of the job group.

    Comment

    Enter any comment.

  5. Click the OK button.

    The Define Details - [Job Group] dialog box closes, and then the job group you have defined appears in the list area of the JP1/AJS3 - View window (Main window).

Result

The job group is defined.

Postrequisites

Define a jobnet in the job group.
