SSL communication failed.

Perform the following steps:

1. Make sure the host name and the port number are specified correctly.

2. Make sure the user_httpsd.conf file on the primary server is correct.

3. On the primary server, check the following settings:

- Make sure a host name (not an IP address) is specified for the ServerName directive in the user_httpsd.conf file.

- Make sure the host name specified for the ServerName directive in the user_httpsd.conf file can be resolved to an IP address.

- Make sure the host name specified for the ServerName directive in the user_httpsd.conf file is the same as the common name of the SSL certificate specified for the SSLCertificateFile directive.

4. On the secondary server, check the following settings:

- Make sure the certificate that is needed to trust HBase 64 Storage Mgmt Web Service has been successfully imported to the Hitachi Command Suite Common Component truststore (jssecacerts).

5. If the problem persists, contact the customer support center, who may ask you to collect troubleshooting information.
