[Cause]

Possible causes are as follows:

(1) There are multiple products linked to the destination host.

(2) The destination host was rebooted during the connection.

(3) A process that this product started on the destination host was stopped.

[Action]

When the destination host is a Windows host, management is not possible from multiple servers. Revise the system configuration and confirm that other products are not connected to the destination host. If there are no problems with the system configuration, check the start status of the destination host, and then re-execute the service. If the problem persists, collect log information, and then contact your system administrator.
