IE Recorder section:

Defines an item related to the IE Recorder.

Specifies the wait time to replay for each operation in seconds. If this item is omitted, the wait time to replay is 1 (second). Specifies this item to replay slowly.

operation_name

((operation name#1, recording target tag [, attribute, ...]))

Specifies the operation name, the standard recording tag name, and the attribute#2 that are displayed in the Operation List. Note that validity checking is not performed on the specified tag, attribute name and value.

address_bar

((URL))#3

Specifies the URL to be displayed in the drop-down list of Addressbar. If you specify the URL beginning with other than the protocol identifier (http:// or https://), the specified URL with the protocol identifier (http://) is displayed in the drop-down list.

If you specify the URLs to use frequently in this item, you can use the IE Recorder addressbar like a bookmark.

Specifies the Internet Explorer version for using the IE Recorder.

Before specifying this item, check the Internet Explorer version supported by the monitoring target and the version of Internet Explorer installed in an environment in which PFM - Agent for Service Response is installed.

Internet Explorer 7 is the default version.

  • IE7

    Specify this when the monitoring target supports Internet Explorer 7.

  • IE8

    Specify this when the monitoring target supports Internet Explorer 8.

  • IE9

    Specify this when the monitoring target supports Internet Explorer 9. You can specify this option when Internet Explorer 9 or a later version is installed in an environment in which PFM - Agent for Service Response is installed.

  • IE10

    Specify this when the monitoring target supports Internet Explorer 10. You can specify this option when Internet Explorer 10 or a later version is installed in an environment in which PFM - Agent for Service Response is installed.

  • IE11

    Specify this when the monitoring target supports Internet Explorer 11. You can specify this option when Internet Explorer 11 or a later version is installed in an environment in which PFM - Agent for Service Response is installed.

You must specify the Internet Explorer version that was specified when IE scenarios were created. This value must also be specified for ie_probe_browser_mode in the IE Probe section in the Probe action condition definition file.

If a value is not specified or if an invalid value is specified, the default version(Internet Explorer 7) is used.

You can specify only Japanese and English characters to the operation_name.

Specifies the attribute in attribute-name=attribute-value format. You can omit the attribute and specify multiple attributes.

-- When you omit an attribute:

The specified operation name is displayed for the operation related to the specified recording target tag name in the Operation List.

-- When you specify multiple attributes:

The matched operation names are displayed for the operations in relation to the tags containing all the specified recording target tag names and attributes in the Operation List. If there are multiple recording target tag names and attributes that match the specified condition, only the first matched operation is enabled and the others are ignored.

To use an IP address to specify a host name, use an IPv4 dotted-decimal address (for example: http://172.16.233.12/example.html) or an IPv6 hexadecimal address enclosed in square brackets, using colons as separators (for example: http://[ACE6:45:75:91::1]/example.html).

Do not specify version of Internet Explorer that PFM - Agent for Service Response does not support.
