4.2 Notes on service measurement definition
In PFM - Agent for Service Response, the Probe Daemon and the IE Probe Daemon measure an Internet service's response performance, and Agent Collector collects the results as performance data. Therefore, you must set the Probe Daemon's measurement interval and the IE Probe Daemon's measurement interval so that they are the same as or less than the Agent Collector's measurement interval. Also, the Probe Daemon's timeout value and the IE Probe Daemon's timeout value must be smaller than the Agent Collector's collection interval.
