Information about the selected agent cannot be viewed due to one of the following reasons:

Service information for the agent has been deleted, and this change has been applied by the jpcconf service sync command.

Permission for the user to view the agent has been deleted due to a change in the configuration of the business group.

The function that restricts operations in the Agents tree by general user permissions is enabled, and the selected agent has not been registered in the login user's User Agent tree.
