Function
The auto alarm bind setting file is used with Performance Management to define the agents and alarm tables to which to apply the auto alarm bind setting.

Notes

Lines beginning with a hash mark (#) can be defined as comments. These lines, however, are deleted when you specify the auto alarm bind setting from PFM - Web Console.

When you specify the auto alarm bind setting from PFM - Web Console with the file containing lines having an invalid format, KAVE00560-W is output to the common message log, and the lines in question are deleted.

When the business group access control function is disabled, the specified business groups are ignored.

When the business group access control function is disabled, specifying the auto alarm bind setting from PFM -Web Console causes the specified business groups to be deleted.
How to modify
You can edit the auto alarm bind setting file as follows:

Create a copy of the jpcautobind.cfg file in any folder you like.

In a text editor or the like, open and edit the copy of the jpcautobind.cfg file.

Save and then close the edited jpcautobind.cfg file.

Check the format of the edited jpcautobind.cfg file by using the jpcabformcheck command.

If the format is correct, overwrite the original jpcautobind.cfg file with the edited copy.

When neither the condition category nor the condition is specified, the alarm table is automatically bound to the agents corresponding to the specified product ID.

When both the condition category and the condition are specified, the alarm table is automatically bound to the agents meeting the specified condition.

When you specify a business group name as the condition, the alarm table is automatically bound to the agents belonging to the specified business group.
