2.1 OS requirements and prerequisite programs
This section describes the operating system requirements and prerequisite programs of JP1/Service Support.
The server running JP1/Service Support must have one of the following operating systems installed:

We recommend that you specify the same language settings as the server on which JP1/Service Support will operate. Even if you specify other language settings, use only ASCII characters.
