3.19　JP1/Service Supportのサービス

JP1/Service Supportは，次の図に示す四つのサービスで構成されています。

これらのサービスは，JP1/Service Supportインストール時にWindows Server 2016，Windows Server 2012 R2，Windows Server 2012，またはWindows Server 2008 R2の［サービス］ダイアログボックスに登録されます。各サービスについて次の表で説明します。

JP1/Service Support - DB Server	HiRDBEmbeddedEdition_JSO	自動	案件管理DBサーバ。案件管理DBの管理をするJP1/Service Supportの内部コンポーネント。案件管理コンソールからの操作，またはコマンドからの処理要求を受けて，案件管理DBまたは案件保存DBの内容を操作する。
JP1/Service Support - Task Service	JP1_ServiceSupport-TaskService	手動	指定した時刻や指定した間隔で次のコマンドを実行するためのサービス。 jsscollectdata（案件情報集計） jssinformperiod（期限前通知） jssinformleave（滞留案件通知） jssitementrybymail（メールによる案件登録）案件情報の集計，期限前通知，滞留案件通知，メールによる案件登録などの機能を利用する際に必要となる。^※

注※: JP1/Service Support - Task Serviceサービスは，JP1/Service Supportのインストール時に自動登録されますが，各コマンドを自動で実行するかどうかは，タスク実行サービス定義ファイルで設定する必要があります。定義ファイルについては，「13.　定義ファイル」の「タスク実行サービス定義ファイル（jp1imss_service_setting.conf）」を参照してください。

なお，JP1/Service Supportを稼働させる場合には，JP1製品が共通で利用している次のサービスも起動しておく必要があります。

Hitachi Network Objectplaza Trace Monitor2

Hitachi Network Objectplaza Trace Monitor2も，JP1/Service Supportのインストール時に，Windows Server 2016，Windows Server 2012，Windows Server 2012 R2，またはWindows Server 2008 R2のサービスに，スタートアップの種類「自動」で登録されます。

重要: JP1/Service Supportをインストールすると上記サービスのほか，JP1/Service Support - DB Cluster Serviceサービスも，Windows Server 2016，Windows Server 2012，Windows Server 2012 R2，またはWindows Server 2008 R2のサービスに登録されます。このサービスは，JP1/Service Supportをクラスタシステムで運用する場合にだけ使用します。
