Reason: An error occurred because a service is not running.
Make sure that the IM database service is running, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.

Reason: A communication error occurred. or A resource shortage occurred.
Make sure that there are sufficient OS resources such as memory and file descriptors, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager. If the error is not resolved by restarting JP1/IM - Manager, collect JP1/IM data, and then contact a system administrator.

The system may be temporarily unable to acquire a connection or to use a connection. If the error is not resolved by restarting JP1/IM - Manager, collect JP1/IM data, and then contact a system administrator.

Reason: A system error occurred.
Determine whether the port number assigned to the IM database service is being used by another product.
If another product is using the same port, specify a unique port number for the IM database service. If another product is not using the same port, or the error cannot be resolved by reassigning the port number, collect JP1/IM data, and then contact a system administrator.
