Cause:The specified common exclusion extended definition file is invalid.
Use the jcochfilter command with the check option specified to check the common-exclusion-conditions definition file and correct the error. Then retry the operation.

Cause:A memory shortage occurred.
Allocate sufficient memory, and then retry the operation.

Cause:A file I/O error has occurred.
Check whether a shortage has occurred in other OS resources such as file descriptors.

Cause: A character that cannot be stored successfully is included.
The definition includes a character that might cause character corruption when the definition is stored. Use the jcochfilter command with the check option specified to check the common-exclusion-conditions definition file and correct the error. Then retry the operation.
If the problem cannot be resolved or if a message other than the above is displayed for cause, check the following OS log items to see if a shortage has occurred in OS resources such as file descriptors.
