Normally, no user needs to take action. A retry is attempted automatically as set by Non-transmitted processing result files in Communication settings in the agent settings. If the number of retry attempts reaches the preset maximum, uploading will be retried at the next polling.
Note, however, that if this symptom frequently occurs early after deployment of the product, the network environment might have a problem. In this case, review the network environment settings.
