Normally, no user needs to take action. A retry is attempted automatically as specified by Communication settings in the agent settings. If the number of retry attempts reaches the preset maximum, a retry will be attempted at the next polling.
Note, however, that if this symptom frequently occurs early after deployment of the product, the network environment might have a problem. In this case, review the network environment settings.
