A.2 Notes that apply to managed computers
The cautionary notes below apply to managed computers when using JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent in Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, or Windows Vista.

Windows 8.1 and Windows 8 allow you to disable startup programs from Task Manager. Do not disable programs registered by JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent under any circumstances.

When you perform any of the operations below, the User Account Control dialog box appears. To go ahead with the operation, allow the program to execute. To prevent the operation from taking place, cancel execution of the program.

If the user who initiates the operation does not have administrator permission for the operating system, elevate the user to administrator level before proceeding.

Characters that cannot be displayed in the language environment of the operating system are replaced by one or two question marks (?). Characters in JIS Level 3 and 4 entered in the user interface are replaced by a question mark (?).

You cannot use Fast User Switching feature as a way for multiple users to run instances of the JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent application at the same time.
