9.6.2 Customizing the Create Job dialog box

The Create Job dialog box allows you to customize the default value of the displayed items to best suit your operation.

Organization of this subsection

(1) Steps

To change the default values of the Create Job dialog box:

  1. Select Edit and then Customize in the Job Definition window.

    The Customize Job Definition dialog box appears.

  2. Select Create Job dialog box.

    A dialog box named Customize the Create Job Dialog Box appears.

    The page names and item names in the Customize the Create Job Dialog Box dialog box correspond to those in the Create Job dialog box. The values you specify in the Customize the Create Job Dialog Box dialog box will be the default values of the Create Job dialog box.

    For items that you can customize the default value, see (2) Customizable items.

  3. Change the default value and click the OK button.

    The default value of the Create Job dialog box is changed.

You can specify values for the following items in the Detailed Options For Remote Collection dialog box that appears when you click the Details button.
