9.2.6 Setting up the Client Control page
The Client Control page allows you to set up the system so that the system starts the job destination PC to execute the job if the PC is not running. You can also specify to have the system shut down the destination PC after starting it.
- Start the target computer if it is not running
-
If the destination PC is not running, the system starts the PC and then executes the job. The target of this start operation is one or more PCs under an ID group, Host group, or All lower clients that were specified as the Destination of the job. Therefore, if a relay manager or other system prior to the destination is not running, the job transfer stops there.
- Shut down the client after the job execution.
-
Select this option if you want to shut down the destination PC after starting it.
Do not select this option if you remote install JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent. The remote installation may not be completed normally.
