5.4.2 Example of linking system configuration information and ID group information

The following provides examples of linking system configuration information and ID group information.

Organization of this subsection

(1) Deleting hosts from system configuration information

The following describes the manner in which the system configuration information and ID group information are linked when you delete a relay managing the ID or a computer registered in an ID group from the system configuration information.

(a) When deleting a relay managing the ID

The following figure shows an example in which a relay system defined as a relay managing the ID is deleted from the system configuration:

(2) Changing routes in system configuration information

The following describes how system configuration information and ID group information are linked when you change the route of a relay managing the ID or a computer registered in an ID group.
