5.1 Layout of main window (Item status)

The operations you can perform in the main window (Item status) include viewing lists of Item statuses, and outputting reports that present statistical data about Items. Statistical data must be available before you can perform some of the tasks described in this chapter, like outputting statistical data to a file and displaying trends in Item counts. You can make this data available by using the JP1/Service Support - Task Service to execute the jsscollectdata command. To view the status of an Item, you must have view permission for the Item or belong to the work management role. Note that deleted Items and stored Items do not contribute to the totals displayed in the main window (Item status). The following figure shows the window.
