4.3.5 Displaying related Items
When you escalate an Item, JP1/IM - Service Support records the association between the escalation source and destination Items. In the Status of related item window, you can display a list of Items that are related by escalation. The following users can perform the operations described in this section:

Users with view permission for Items in the process work board#

Users who belong to the process work board management role

If the option to set view permissions for individual Items is enabled for the target process work board, the user can only work with Items for which he or she is an Item view permissions owner.

(1) Displaying the Status of related item window
To display the Status of related item window:

In the list of Items in the main window (Item list), click an asterisk (*) in the I, P, C, or R column for an Item.
The Status of related item window appears.
An Item with more than one asterisk (*) has been escalated to each process for which an asterisk appears.
The following figure shows the Status of related item window.

There are four other ways to display the Item association window:

In the list of Items in the main window (Item list), select the Item whose related Items you want to display. Then, from the Action menu, select Display status of related item.

In the list of Items in the main window (Item list), right-click the title of the Item whose related Items you want to display, and select Display status of related item.

From the menu in the View Item window, select Action and then Display status of related item.

From the menu in the Work status display window, select Action and then Work status display, or click the icon that displays the status of related items.

(2) Information displayed from anchor text
You can display additional information by clicking the following anchor text in the Status of related item window:
- Item ID

When you click an Item ID, the View Item window for the Item appears. Note that the View Item window does not appear if the Item has been deleted.
- Escalation source item ID

When you click the ID of an escalation source Item, the View Item window for that Item appears. Note that the View Item window does not appear if the Item has been deleted.
- Escalation destination item ID

When you click the ID of an escalation destination Item, the View Item window for that Item appears. Note that the View Item window does not appear if the Item has been deleted.
(3) Operations in the Status of related item window
The following describes the operations you can perform in the Status of related item window.
(a) Menus
- Close

Closes the Status of related item window.
(b) Context menu
A context menu appears when you right-click certain elements in the Status of related item window. The following table lists the commands in this menu.
