Resources (shared disk, logical IP address, and logical host name) might have not been assigned to the host on which the command was executed. Check the resources on the host on which the command was executed. If the resources are not assigned, assign them, and then re-execute the command.

For other cases:

Use the data collection tool to collect the data, and then contact the system administrator.
