Recover the environment to the status before the upgrade according to the procedure required if installation failed in 6.2.3 Backing up the environment, and then re-execute the command.
For a cluster environment, recover the environment to the status before the upgrade according to the procedure required if upgrading failed in 9.8 Version upgrade in a cluster environment, and then re-execute the command.
If the command fails again, use the data collection tool to collect data and then contact the system administrator.
