10.3.4 Changing the system time
When you change the system time on a server on which JP1/IM - Service Support is operating, note that the procedure for changing the time forward and the procedure for changing the time backward are different.
To change the time forward:

Stop services in the following order:

JP1/Service Support - Task Service

JP1/Service Support - Web Service

JP1/Service Support
-
JP1/Service Support - DB Server

Change the time as you want.

Restart services in the following order:

JP1/Service Support - DB Server

JP1/Service Support
-
JP1/Service Support - Web Service

JP1/Service Support - Task Service

To change the time backward:
-
Stop services in the following order:
-
JP1/Service Support - Task Service
-
JP1/Service Support - Web Service
-
JP1/Service Support
-
JP1/Service Support - DB Server
-
-
Change the time as you want.
-
Wait until the new system time reaches the time when you changed it backward in step 2.

Restart services in the following order:

JP1/Service Support - DB Server

JP1/Service Support
-
JP1/Service Support - Web Service
