Reference time during summarization is set because data is summarized for records of the PI record type. The following table shows the setting value for each record type:

When data is displayed in a report or by using the ODBC driver, the "Date" field is displayed in the YYYYMMDD format, the "Date and Time" field is displayed in the YYYYMMDD hh:mm:ss format, and the "Time" field is displayed in the hh:mm:ss format.
