2.6.1 Backup

When you back up the configuration files, you back up those files in any measure (such as copying the files).

To copy files manually, make sure that all services of PFM - Agent for Service Response have stopped.

Note:

When you back up the configuration files, record the product version number of PFM - Agent for Service Response. For details about the product version number, see the Release Notes.

While you are backing up the files, do not change a file being backed up. If you make any changes, the files will not be backed up correctly.

The files to be backed up are changed when you perform one of the following operations:
