| Idle % | Percentage of time in idle status (%). |
| Processor ID | Processor identifier. |
| System % | Percentage of operation time in kernel mode (%). |
| User % | Percentage of operation time in user mode (%). |
| Wait % | Percentage of time in I/O waiting status (%). |
