Possible causes are as follows:

The specified alarm or alarm table has been deleted.

The response from PFM-Manager is taking too long, or PFM-Manager stopped.

Make sure that the specified alarm or alarm table exists.

Wait a while, and then try to copy the alarm or alarm table again. If the problem persists, check the PFM-Manager service status.
