Possible causes are as follows:

The agents are not running, or the network connection to the agents failed.

The specified agent does not support alarm notifications of state changes for each instance.

The response from PFM - Manager is taking too long, or PFM - Manager stopped.

Sets up process monitoring alarms only for the available agents.

Perform the following:

If the agents are not running, start the agents, and then retry the operation.

Check the version of the agent bound to this alarm table, and then try to configure the Process Monitoring Settings again.

Wait a while, and then configure the Process Monitoring Settings. If the problem persists, check the status of the PFM - Manager service.
