Format
jpctool service sync [-lhost logical-host-name]
Function
The jpctool service sync command synchronizes the service information between PFM - Manager and PFM - Web Console.
After the service information about agents registered in Performance Management is deleted on the PFM - Manager host, the change (deletion) is applied to PFM - Web Console when this command is executed.

Arguments
-lhost logical-host-name
If you execute this command in a logical host environment rather than in a physical host environment, specify this option to specify the name of the logical host. For logical-host-name, specify a string of 1 to 32 bytes, consisting of single-byte alphanumeric characters with no space characters. If you omit this option, the command will be executed on the physical host. Wildcard characters cannot be used.

You can execute this command only when PFM - Manager is running.

Agents added to the User Agents tree in PFM - Web Console cannot be deleted by executing this command. The icons of these agents are dimmed when this command is executed. If you do not want these agents to be displayed, delete them manually.

To enable the deletion of service information, execute this command, and then perform one of the following operations:

When the PFM - Web Console version is earlier than 09-10-05:
Restart PFM - Manager and PFM - Web Console.

When the PFM - Web Console version is 09-10-05 or later:
Redisplay the agent hierarchy in the PFM - Web Console window.
