1.2 Login window

The Login window is the first window that appears when you use a Web browser at the monitoring console to access the monitoring console server.

The following shows the Login window:

The following describes the displayed items:

User name

Enter your user account name, from 1 through 16 bytes.

In the PFM authentication mode:

Enter a user account name that has been registered for a Performance Management user.

In the JP1 authentication mode:

Enter a user account name that has been registered in JP1/Base for a JP1 user.

Password

Enter a new password, from 1 through 16 bytes. Any blank spaces entered before and after the password are ignored.
