(1) The database server is not running.

(2) A network failure occurred.

[Action] Continues processing of the service (JP1_ITDM_Service).

[Workaround] If the error occurs repeatedly, take the following actions:

(1) Start the database server.

(2) Resolve the cause of the network failure.
