Failed to start the service (JP1_ITDM_Service). The data folder shared between servers cannot be accessed.

[Cause] Possible causes include the following:

(1) The database server is stopped.

(2) A network error occurred.

[Action] Cancels startup of the service (JP1_ITDM_Service).

[Workaround]

(1) Start the database server, and then start the service (JP1_ITDM_Service).

(2) Resolve the cause of the network failure, and then start the service (JP1_ITDM_Service).
