7.1.2 Precondition for installation

A precondition required for client PC when using the data transfer command is shown below.

(1) Prerequisite software

(2) Free space of hard disk

When you download a file, the system requires free space of hard disk twice as much as the file size.

And, the drive which was installed the data transfer command requires free space of hard disk more than the file size which you will download.

(3) Restriction

Cannot specify surrogate pairs in this command. Do not specify surrogate pairs for user name, installation folder name and arguments (Subject, Message, File path and so on).
