7.19.2 Displayed items on the Default Settings tab

On the Default Settings tab, you can set the default folders and files used by JP1/AJS3 - Print Option.

Job operation information (Folder name, Browse button)

Specify the default location of the folder in which job operation information files are stored. You can use the Browse button to select another folder.

Save CSV file (Folder name, Browse button, Outputs CRLFs to CSV file)

Specify the default location of the folder in which CSV files are stored. You can use the Browse button to select another folder.

The contents of CSV files differs depending on the status of the Outputs CRLFs to CSV file check box.

  • When cleared

    When one cell contains multiple lines of data, this setting results in a CSV file without line feed codes. Because there are no line feeds, the data in cells that contain multiple lines of information runs together when you open the file in Microsoft Excel.

  • When selected

    When one cell contains multiple lines of data, this setting adds linefeed codes to the CSV file. When you open the file in Microsoft Excel, the data in cells that contain multiple lines of information is displayed over multiple lines.

Format definition (Folder name, Browse button)

Specify the default location of the folder in which format definition files are stored.

You can use the Browse button to select another folder. You cannot change this setting while a document is open in JP1/AJS3 -Print Option.

Any format definition files you intend to use must be stored in the folder you specify.

Jobnet flow format definition (Folder name, Browse button, File name)

Specify the file name you entered in the Jobnet flow format definition file name field of the Jobnet Flow Format Definition Settings window. You can use the Browse button to select another file and folder.

The specified value is used in jobnet flow output and jobnet flow PDF output.

Saved job operation information file linking with View (Folder name, Browse button)

Specify the default location of the folder in which job operation information files are stored when linking with JP1/AJS3 - View. You can use the Browse button to select another folder.

When you specify a value in this field, the value you specify appears as the path in the Job operation information output file name field when you display the Collecting Job Operation Information window from JP1/AJS3 - View.

Saved PDF file of map and jobnet flow output (Folder name, Browse button)

Specify the default folder to use when outputting documents in map format or jobnet flow format to PDF files. You can use the Browse button to select another folder.

The value you specify appears as the path in the Saved PDF file field of the Map PDF Output window and Jobnet Flow PDF Output window.
