Cautionary notes:
-
If a jobnet flow format definition file contains an item that is not supported by the version of JP1/AJS3 - Print Option you are using, the item name is displayed in red in the Jobnet Flow Format Definition Settings window. If you output a jobnet flow image with the item still in place, a hyphen (-) appears indicating that there is no data for that column. If you use the Delete button to remove the item, you cannot add it again.
-
When using a jobnet flow format definition file defined in version 07-10 or earlier of JP1/AJS, see annotation #2 below table D-1 in D.1 Product file information for JP1/AJS3 - Print Option, and make the appropriate changes as described in 7.19 Environment Settings window.
-
In Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, or Windows Vista, if you specify a protected folder such as C:\Program Files as the output destination for the jobnet flow format definition file, the file might not be output to the intended location.
-
If there is no relevant data, or if the unit type is not subject to column output, a blank space, a hyphen (-), or asterisks (***) will be displayed. For unit types that are subject to column output, see the descriptions of the ajsprint command and ajsshow command in the manual Job Management Partner 1/Automatic Job Management System 2 Command Reference or the Job Management Partner 1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Command Reference 1.
