Information |
Description |
---|---|
Valid range |
Displays the period for which data exists in the input file. |
Display date |
For a monthly or daily document, displays the period currently being displayed. |
Last update time |
Displays the time when all of the units defined in the job operation information file were last updated. |
Root jobnet name |
If the selected job operation information file contains release ID information, this item displays the path and release ID of the root jobnet currently displayed in the Job Operation Document Output window. When you click the Select button, the Jobnet Names (Release IDs) List window appears in which you can change the jobnet displayed in the Job Operation Document Output window. For details on release IDs, see the section about jobnet release in the manual Job Management Partner 1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Overview. |
The unit tree area lists every unit defined in the job operation information file. You can print information for the selected unit and any of its subordinate units. However, you cannot print the contents of a manager job group or manager jobnet.
The document area displays the document to be printed. If there is no applicable data, the document area displays the following according to the basic format:
Monthly |
Blank |
Daily |
Blank |
List |
"-" |
Cautionary notes:
-
If the data in one column exceeds 259 characters, the 260th and subsequent characters do not appear in the document area. To view the data in its entirety, you can print the document, display a print preview, or output the data to a CSV file.
-
If the total width of the column items exceeds 32,768 pixels, the document area does not display any column names beyond the 32,768th pixel. To view the data in its entirety, you can print the document, display a print preview, or output the data to a CSV file.
The total width of the column items is determined by the following equations:
Total column width = Width of unit name column + width of column item 1
+ width of column item 2 ... + width of column item n
-
If Auto is set as the column width for the unit name and column items in the format definition:
Unit name column width = Current font width (in pixels)
x Length of longest character string in unit name column
Width of column item n = Current font width (in pixels)
x Length of longest character string in column item n
-
If Fixed is set as the column width for the unit name and column items in the format definition:
Unit name column width = Current font width (in pixels)
x Column width specified on Unit tab in Format Definition Settings window
Width of column item n = Current font width (in pixels)
x Column width specified for column item n on Column Item tab in Format Definition Settings window
-
-
When you collect job operation information from JP1/AJS2 - Manager 08-10 or later or JP1/AJS3 - Manager 09-00 or later, the Job Operation Document Output window only displays the last update time if you configured the system to collect it.
-
You cannot tell whether a jobnet has release information from its icon. A jobnet with release information has the same icon as a jobnet without release information.
